Terms of Service for AIModo

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the relationship between you and AIModo concerning our ai software development and ai integration offerings, digital materials and physical products. By engaging with our Site or services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to or use of any part of our Site or services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us via the Contact Us Form before proceeding.

2. Services

AIModo provides custom AI software development and AI integration solutions designed to meet specific client requirements. Deliverables, timelines and project scope will be set out in a separate agreement or proposal.

Reimbursement Policy for Services: Eligible projects may receive a full reimbursement if a request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the agreement date and no significant work has been performed. If an engagement is paused by mutual agreement, project credits may be applied toward future services within 12 months. Certain bespoke planning services that require dedicated resource allocation are non-refundable due to the design and analysis efforts involved. In those cases, clients may elect to transfer scheduled service slots to a later date, subject to availability and AIModo confirmation.

3. Information Products

Our digital products include e-books, tutorials, templates and online courses related to ai software development and integration. Access to these materials is granted upon completion of payment.

Reimbursement Policy for Information Products: You may request a reimbursement within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that digital content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. After the 7-day window or upon full access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Goods

AIModo may offer branded merchandise or hardware components. All goods are shipped from our location in Canada.

Reimbursement and Exchange Policy for Goods: Clients may request an exchange or reimbursement within 30 calendar days of shipment date if goods are defective or unopened and in original packaging. To initiate an exchange or reimbursement, contact us via the Contact Us Form. Shipping costs for exchanges or reimbursements may apply, and goods must meet the condition criteria indicated above.

5. Reimbursement Procedures

All approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following approval. Alternatively, clients may opt to receive service credits for future use with validity of 12 months. Credits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any delay in processing will be communicated via email or telephone.

6. Modifications to Terms

AIModo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our Site with a new last updated date. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
